Organisation
The course will consist of:

The thematic areas which will be covered:
- Effects of air quality on human health
- Policy implications
- Air quality measurements from satellites
- Air quality measurements from non-satellite platforms
- Data assimilation
- Data quality, calibration and validation
- New missions and new products
- Software and programming targeted on air quality applications
Prior to the training course, students will be provided with material on software packages to be used throughout the training week. Students are requested to make themselves familiar with this, in order to maximise the learning success.
Fees and Grants
No participation fees will be charged for the training but participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. In case needed students are invited to submit a request for travel/per-diem grant at the time of submitting the application, TBD.
